Lauren serves as the Corporate Secretary for Gateway Group Ventures, where she manages a broad range of executive and administrative functions critical to the organization’s success. Lauren is known for her exceptional attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to operational excellence. In her role, Lauren is responsible for preparing and maintaining corporate records and ensuring compliance with internal governance standards. She also oversees document control and supports cross-departmental coordination. Lauren’s ability to manage complex administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism makes her an indispensable part of the team. With a diverse professional background, Lauren brings a well-rounded perspective and adaptable skill set to her work. Outside of work, Lauren is a devoted wife and mother of three. Kevin serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Gateway Group Ventures (GGV), where he provides strategic leadership and oversees the organization’s vision, mission, and long-term growth. Kevin is responsible for driving growth, financial performance and guiding major business decisions. He works closely with his team and partners to ensure objectives are aligned with the values, mission, and short and long-term goals of not only GGV, but the organizations GGV serves. Kevin has more than 20 years of leadership experience in roles with increasing responsibility across multiple Fortune-ranked companies. His background brings a wealth of expertise in operations, financial oversight, and organizational development and execution. Kevin provides a strategic mindset and a results-driven approach to every endeavor and his leadership reflects a commitment to operational excellence, innovation, and long-term sustainability. He is a St. Louis native and attended Westminster Christian Academy and University of Missouri – Columbia. Kevin has been married to his wife Kristen for 13 years and they have two children.

Michael serves as Chief Financial Officer and is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over 30 years of leadership experience in the financial services industry. He brings deep expertise in internal controls, system automation, and investment strategy to his role, where he has led transformative changes in accounting and finance operations. Michael has implemented modern, cloud-based systems and user-friendly digital document management tools that have significantly increased efficiency, scalability, and transparency. Under his leadership, the finance team now operates seamlessly across multiple locations. Notably, his integration of advanced credit card payment tools has enabled real-time, online review and approval of transactions, while maintaining supporting documentation with the purchaser—streamlining processes and enhancing accountability. These innovations have reduced check payments by more than 80%, resulting in substantial cost savings, faster reconciliation, and improved audit trail accessibility.
